BEAVER RUIN YOUR LIFE RD!!!! Do not get catfished by these apartments. My fianc and I had to relocate from CT fairly quickly for his job and unfortunately had to rely solely on photos (big mistake). We arrived on Jan 1st, the leasing office was not open due to the holiday, one of the staff members hid the key for us under the mat (along with "extra charges" we were not told about, come to find out they were charges we already paid). recently a bus load of special needs children broke down near the stonebrook apartments on a cold day. one of the so-called managers came out and chased the crippled children away
When I moved in 3 years ago, this was a decent place to live, they raised rent and some of the things that were promised at move in and at the renewal of our lease still haven't been done. People drive through all times of the day and night blasting music. Maintence don't fix anything they just patch it up. Moving as soon as lease is up. Also, when apartments are vacant they do not exterminate to make sure the rest of the apartment do not get roaches.
Maintenance is horrible. They half fix things and when there is an emergency after hours they will not answer your calls. I was at work and they did not answer so the fire department broke down the door to cut the water off and then we got a call. This is ridiculous.
