RecommendedStacey and Vanessa were so helpful when we were applying to live here coming from out of state. They have been so kind since we moved in and the apartment was clean and is super nice and with a spacious kitchen!
My family has had a great experience living here. Vanessa and Stacey are both wonderful to work with. Both have sweet personalities and work hard to help achieve a great living experience at The Grove. Stacey was great to answer every question we had when we first moved in. By far the best place we could have chosen to live! The employees are amazing and so quick to get to maintenance requests taken care of. Not only are my neighbors amazing but so is the maintenance team and managment. The apartments are well taken care of and beautiful! The communication is great! Stacey was amazing when we had applied. She did everything to get us moved in as soon as possible and kept us updated. AVOID THIS PLACE! The worst part of living in single housing was the monthly room inspections. We were so happy to not have them once we were married, but THEY DO ROOM INSPECTIONS HERE TOO. They will say that they will enter your house only four times a year for these inspections but THEY WILL END UP ENTERING YOUR HOUSE EVERY MONTH WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. Just, please… The staff working here will work against you and keep you in the dark. There are only two workers you will come into contact with named Stacy and Vanessa.
