They could have a better management for this community.
Jean Pierre has no management skills terrible worker do not understand how he is employed. Raintree management has failed to address ongoing trespassing issues despite charging residents extra fees for supposed security measures. Unauthorized individuals continue to enter private property, yet no real action has been taken. We were promised increased safety, but nothing has changed. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience!

While the homes may appear beautiful and the neighborhood seemingly quiet, my time here has been marred by numerous issues that have made living here a nightmare.
