Jean Pierre has no management skills terrible worker do not understand how he is employed. Raintree management has failed to address ongoing trespassing issues despite charging residents extra fees for supposed security measures. Unauthorized individuals continue to enter private property, yet no real action has been taken. We were promised increased safety, but nothing has changed. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience!
As a resident of The Grove at Raintree for the past year, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential buyers from making the same mistake I did. While the homes may appear beautiful and the neighborhood seemingly quiet, my time here has been marred by numerous issues that have made living here a nightmare. Worst condominium that I ever lived, we moved with the intention to buy but thank God we didnt , gym it’s dirty . Ac never works been living there for 4 years and since I moved they still not figure out how To fix the AC at the gym.
