I just moved there and the place is absolutely beautiful
Horrible management team and horrible owners. They try to cover everything they do and lie through their teeth. Office people will tell you one thing and the owner will tell you completely different then say the office staff never said the things they said. Horribly ran apartment complex
I walked in to tour the property after seeing the amazing reviews online. Chase gave me a tour and he was very welcoming and friendly. The property is very quiet and peaceful and seems perfect for my lifestyle.
Generally good living here but I have some complaints. My unit when I moved in was advertised as recently remodeled. Day one I noticed deep scratches in the floors, and shoddy caulking around trim and in the bathroom. The poor caulking lead to ants getting in over 2 summers, thankfully they had someone come out and take care of the ants. Overall rules of living here can feel restrictive at times but I don't mind playing ball to avoid fees as I've been in worse and I understand the idea is to strive for good appearances. Great community to live in, the property is kept up very well, and Andre in maintenance is always quick and prompt, and does excellent work!
