BEWARE!!! Grove Murfreesboro is misleading with using the term application and lease interchangeably. College students needs to beware! My daughter applied online and was told that she would need a guarantor. Since she couldn't get a guarantor, as I didn't agree to it, they put $965 on her credit report.
