Just went for a showing and loved it! The place was so nice and clean. It was very quiet and the lease agent I talked to was very honest about his preference.
Apartments are full of mold, and they claim damage when there is none, and steal your security deposit.
Abosolutely do not rent from this nasty place. Brenda the land Lord is rude as Hell and this place is ugly u do not want to live here and deal with this nastiness.
no pool unlocked � for the long weekend � it's too hot and nothing else to do here besides swim �......
The grove is a wonderful complex. We have been living here since June 2016 and have had no problems at all! Any small issue we had, (like our thermostat being loose) was taken care of promptly the same day. The best complex in Lake city in my opinion.
As of Jan 2017 this complex is not all that. Its suppost to have a locked gate but gates hasnt worked in awhile, they have bug problems in the apartments and when asked to fix issue they act as if they dont hear you when pest control is part of the rent agreement. Other renters are unfriendly to children and will use very bad language to them. There is also alot of drug use in the apartments to the point you can smell it very loudly.
