I had break ins and the office manager began siding with the other tenants I witnessed break in. I am suing the companies connected with these housing companies for this apartment complex. Jonathan Rose Company quietly bought it . The new York area it's from was compromised by a visceral tenant extortion trend. I do like the apartment location and the maintenance team’s promptness to get things fixed when they can. I do not recommend living here, even after only being here for 2-3 months. When I moved in, there were undisclosed issues with my unit and management has been slow to respond to say the least. To this day, I am still waiting on a response from a regional manager. For a first apartment not bad, could be worse, but working with the management team here , they were is very unprofessional. That's where the one star comes from. Apartments are decent, but we had mold issues in our room, and the leak was coming from in the wall. The drywall was wet too, obviously coming from the roof. Do your do diligence and make sure you read the California renters rights and don't let the property management tell you you can't do certain things within your rights.
