Hippie Chick sandwich is delicious and so unique with all the grilled veggies. Jalapeño Lime dressing is a must, and Blackberry Cobbler when on the menu is to die for. Sadly they don't serve Hibiscus Mint tea anymore, but I forgive them lol. A truly unique and tasty Austin original!
My first time there and the food was delish. I had a chicken fried chicken with the jalapeño baked potato and fries it was to die for. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the waitress forgot our appetizer and took forever (was not busy) to ask for drinks and then longer to get it. She was a sweet girl, just needs to work a little harder. I will definitely be returning.
We didn't have to wait long for a party of 9. The food was a great and the drinks cold! Definitely will be back soon!
Totally awesome experience. Sat on the patio and it was perfect. Had the Hippy Chick Sanwhich.. delicious

Was not impressed w/ the warm beers, the staff was on turtle mode. Was told by the waitress that the tamale appetizer would take a long time to prepare, so we cancelled it. She didn't like that, pretty much down hill after we cancelled the appetizer. After all it was her suggestion that it would take longer to prep that dish. Still don't understand why she would discourage your dinner guess from ordering based on the duration of cooking time.
