In response to the review by Roiseblabla: I am a current owner of the Grove as of April 2010. I assure you we NEVER do business this way. These are the facts as I know them, as we did not own the community at the time this action was taken: This review is the fabrication of a disgruntled wife whose husband failed to disclose his serious felonies. The prior owners had a fiduciary obligation to other residents to evict this couple once they learned of the husband s prior criminal acts. She does not mention that the prior owner... read more
My husband and I bought a home in this beautiful community only to receive a 30 day notice terminating our tenancy after living there for two (2) years. THIS IS NOT FOR NON-PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY! This is a scam. What these people do is outrageous. We put \$15,000 down on our home and pay our mortgage to a private bank. From their advertisements, literature and websites (American Land Lease) (Green Courte Partners) (Foley Grove Community) NOWHERE does it give the consumer an inkling of what they are capable of.
