Warren Stone, owner of this particular Groutsmith, couldn’t be any more unprofessional AND dishonest. We contracted with Warren to remodel small bathroom. He ended up never answering the phone or being available. The job is still unfinished after more than 2 months and I also have damage that he doesn’t want to fix. The final straw was he charged my credit card WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. I am now facing court time/cost, bank disputes, etc. PLEASE save yourself a tremendous headache and don’t use this company
Very professional and thorough. Our walk in shower looked like the one on the left, now it looks like the one on the right in their picture. Brandon was very friendly and did a great job!
I had my master bath shower floor replaced but it became more of a project than anticipated. Groutsmith did a very good job replacing the floor tile and the walls of the shower. The plumbing was also redone with new equipment. It took a little bit longer than expected but the work was exceptional at a reasonable price. I would use this company again.
The Groutsmith was very professional, from the review of work and estimate to the completion of the job. The work done was completed on time as promised. The price quoted for the job was very fair. I would use Groutsmith again in the future and find them very reliable and professional.

The Groutsmith took care of some funk we couldn't clean out of our shower as well as freshen up the bathroom floor tile grout. We also had them remove a wall mounted bench and repair the tile. Turned out great!
