Horrible man! Jonathan Smith was here all of 1 minute and walked out after throwing his business card on my counter and walking off of our appointment in my home. Terrible attitude, poor and impolite manners, and was quick to fly off the handle when I asked that he stay as quiet as possible as the baby was sleeping. When I asked who he answers to he replied with "I own the company." Apparently this gives him permission to misbehave and conduct himself in the worst manner.
