Their 10 year warranty is a farce! I called to have them reseal my floors after several years under warranty I did not expect them to clean grout for nothing. The woman answering the phone wouldn’t even talk to me claiming they didn’t clean the grout in between and I probably didn’t use their products. I did use their products I told her that and she still said no not under warranty very nasty. Never dealt with such a nasty person in my life. So if you’re counting on the warrantee forget it!
I had a terrible looking floor, they came in and made it look almost brand new, love these guys!!
