I am so impressed with this company! I had an issue with a leak that multiple plumbers were not able to diagnose. Mike meticulously investigated all aspects of the problem and was able to replicate the issue, which was a recently renovated bathroom that had not been properly sealed. After identifying the problem, Mike carefully sealed the entire affected area with silicone. He was so patient and worked diligently until the issues were resolved. Grout Medic was highly recommended to me by a neighbor. Gave me a thorough quote and explanation of work to fix my problem areas. Technician that came out to do the work was Roxy. She is an extremely knowledgeable, hard worker and very personable. She tried to fix a crack in our shower and not do a full demo like we had planned on but ultimately had to do the demo.
