After submitting a quote request online, Brian reached out via text the next day to schedule an in-person appointment to see my shower and determine a quote. He was polite, professional and inspected the shower quickly. Grout Master responded quickly to our request and provided an on sight quote. Scheduling was fairly quick. They re-grouted and sealed our shower along with re-grouting our kitchen counter at the back splash intersection. Marco was very professional, efficient and pleasant.
