You can't get in for an appointment for months and they do nothing to help schedule your yearly check-up. Very knowledgeable and nice doctors when you can get in but annuals are important and they don't care. I have been going here for 10 years with my yearly date being pushed back by two+ months every time because there are no reminders to schedule and you don't know when their calendar opens up. My wife & I just had our wonderful baby boy & we are so very thankful for Lydia Swailes for always keeping us calm & reassured. She always had an answer & reason for everything. She was by far my favorite mid wife & made going through pregnancy as a first time father so much easier. Thanks so much for all your help!
Update- Dr Hinshaw left 5 BIG fibroids in my uterus after only removing 3. She also left a cyst on my ovary when the surgerical plan was to remove all fibroids and cyst she did not. Below is a picture of my stomach today July 19 2026, 6months after Shirley Hinshaw purposely left fibroids and dissected my renial artery. I will have to get the remaining fibroids measured to see if they are indeed the same ones she should have removed, yet left behind. A new myomectomy will take place with the U of I, to correct her blantant unethical work. What a horrible experience.
