Tried out The Grotto for a set of poly gel nails and a brow waxing. Brow waxing was great and esthetician was quick and clean. Would recommend them for that service no problem. The nails were another story. They were so uneven and bumpy. I had to clean up the underside myself at home even after asking her to clean them up more while I was there. They started coming off within two-three days and I ended up with a nail fungus 🤢

I have been a happy client for over a decade. The owner, Karly Lane Wemp is very talented and a wonderful person. Her staff is great and I always feel comfortable when I'm there. 😉
