I will never return First off the main lady is very unfriendly as well as her staff. I have always been happy with the vets office, they are very polite and inviting.I have taken my dogs there to be groomed, being told that it would take around 4 to 6 hours. Which is totally understandable for several dogs. I dropped them off at 8 am, which they did tell me that they don't come in till 9 am. Very Disappointed When we made the appointment the lady said that our dogs we be done in a few hours. We dropped them off at 9am in the morning and they weren't done until after 4pm. That means my dogs were in a cage with no water or bathroom for 7 hours. When we went to pick them up the dogs weren't brushed and still had all sorts of hair on them which got all over me. The hair was just falling off them. Also, when they clipped one of our dogs they clipped him uneven and their were chunks missing. I will NEVER take my dogs ... read more
