Very professional and knowledgeable with extensive experience in Real Estate.
Beware!!! I accepted an offer with earnest money to be paid up front and signed a contract to sell the house for the agreed upon price. The buyer never sent the earnest money to the title company, so I didn't receive these funds when the buyer backed out of the deal. If you can't trust a company that is in the business of buying houses to pay the earnest money that is agreed upon in writing, how can you trust them at all?
