Beware!!! I accepted an offer with earnest money to be paid up front and signed a contract to sell the house for the agreed upon price. The buyer never sent the earnest money to the title company, so I didn't receive these funds when the buyer backed out of the deal. If you can't trust a company that is in the business of buying houses to pay the earnest money that is agreed upon in writing, how can you trust them at all?
Marc and the entire Griner Group was incredibly helpful through a very tough decision and season for my wife and I. The level of service e he provided was world-class.
