Been a fan of the owner for years. Loved OBO. Had no idea he changed and opened up this. Ew place. Lovely surprise today when we showed up for lunch. Loved what we had. YUM. Had the lobster pouting, classic grilled cheese, tomato soup, Brie and pork on pumpernickel and a sundae. Will be back again for sure.
Simple yet unique. Definitely the perfect stop for a twisted version of grilled cheese. Looking forward to going back again. And the staff was friendly and the music is a perfect touch
Grilled Cheese Gallery is without a doubt one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat in West Palm Beach. From the service when I walk in the door, specifically Ashley and Allison, to the amazing food (specifically the Country Girl Grilled Cheese with Mac & Cheese on the side), it's an all around must have to anyone living in the West Palm Area or even just visiting for a few days or so. 5 star food with 5 star service, love it!!!!
A must when we visit Florida every year. Last year when we were here it was brand new in a tiny space without much atmosphere, but the sandwiches were memorable. So here we are again ! The place moved a short distance into a much nicer space and the food is better than ever. Plus they have ice cream now, delicious!

My wife and I stopped by yesterday, she's been wanting to try it out for some time. She loved her sandwich, The Artist. The soups were ... ok. I have a tough time going to a restaurant for a grilled cheese sandwich that starts at $7 so I already had reservations about it. I had the A Night In Amsterdam and I added bacon and a soup. The sandwich was as decent as any sandwich I'd make at home but it was good. I didn't like the short rib soup and I ordered the smallest soup but got a different size.
