This hidden gem in Northwood is absolutely amazing! We came here for lunch & had the Southern Belle & Country Girl... both choices were so good & the perfect proportion. Thomas was our server and he's very friendly, attentive & made sure that our order was perfect. Thank you!

Took my family here for the first time yesterday. The customer service was exceptional, as the staff did mess up two of our orders (they forgot the bacon!), however they were amazingly quick to correct the situation (by adding bacon), and in a fantastic show of rectifying the mistake, they offered us desert on the house. My family has been there twice, were very surprised for the price you pay for a grilled cheese. They changed locations and we were in the area again so we said why not maybe we can try and justify the cost and try a different sandwich.. again, we spent a ridiculous amount just to share a sandwich that was mediocre. The grilled cheese gallery has some of the best food in town! All of the grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, poutines, salads, and desserts are incredible- I've tried them all! Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Fantastic sandwiches. Really friendly people. Just be careful when you seat outside with a glass of wine, tables are not even and your glass will tip over.
