I have been pretty happy with the service and food until today's visit. I ordered food to go and show up but everything is not ready so I sit down to wait and wait. After 25 minutes I go back up to the counter to ask about my food. Her response oh ya sorry I forgot. So she rings up my food that has probably been sitting on top of the oven for 1/2 an hour without giving me any apology or discount. So if you come here, eating in should be fine but I would avoid ordering food to go.

The crab pasta is very good. The staff is very friendly. Prices are good. I had a great experience and will be back!
Just got back from out umpteenth visit...busy tonight, we were told it was a 35 minute wait, got in after about 20...any other place we'd have turned around and left...not here...I'd gladly wait an hour for the food, service and atmosphere at this place. They never fail. The food is always perfect, the servers are all delightful, polite and attentive, and that says all you need to know about Joe, the owner, who you regularly see all over the place.I live in Elmira, and no place there comes close.
