STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE On 9/7/23 I paid $461.14 for a Big Green Egg cleaning and replacement parts. Anthony came and cleaned and was supposed to fix a broken BGE fire Bowl and fire ring. He did not have the correct parts and said he would come back to replace. After a week, I went and purchased a fire box and fire ring, which cost $189.99. Fast and Friendly service to troubleshoot and repair my fire pit.
We had a patio built by GRILL DOCTOR. Anthony is the guy you will meet with and he will tell you that he will be with you every step of the way but be warned, he won't. He has a project manager named Renee who will be in charge of the project but he will only show up in the morning and then he is off to another project while he leaves his 2 workers on site to complete the job. Could not say enough great things about our experience with The Grill Doctor! From Anthony quickly coming out and giving us an idea for the perfect layout for our patio, to Renee and his crew flawlessly completing the job, explaining everything about our new area day by day, to the cleanup afterwards - 10/10. Can’t say enough about these guys and how well they’ve taken care of me! Not only did they give me a killer deal when I bought my Big Green Egg, but they assembled AND delivered it, free of charge, because they happened to not have it in stock that day. And when they missed their appointment to deliver it, due to another delivery/appointment that took longer than expected and traffic (which I completely understand!), threw in an extra bag of charcoal and some smoking wood for my troubles! Horrible customer service. They came and cleaned our outdoor grill in April. He said we needed several parts and charged my credit card $1555.75 on 4/26. They have NEVER reached out to me about the status of these parts. I’ve called them every 4-6 weeks and they supposedly STILL don’t have my parts. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago and they haven’t done it. 6 months later, I’m filing a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the better business bureau.
