Forewarning. This apartment complex, which is filled with roaches, has the audacity to charge our family twice for move out fees. I've attached the picture. And on top of that, we were charged nearly $25 a month for pest control and never had anyone come out once a month. We've moved on to a better complex but please don't put your family through this!
Gregory Apartment Homes (A RIPOFF) They charged $460 as application fee and admin fee to my sister's family. I was personally told that they will refund the admin fee if application is denied or they don't rent. 1. They denied the application saying that application for one of the applicant was incomplete. 2. They did not refuse to refund the admin fee despite the promise. Since the applicant was not given time or provided help to complete the application, they should refund full fee.
