Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautifully clean area that allows you to come home comparible to a resort! For sure worth consideration. Visiting the complex far exceeds the virtual tour online! It is a place that speaks for itself!
I haven’t experienced many of the issues mentioned in some of the negative reviews. In my experience, this property has been great. The office staff have always been straightforward and maintain clear, consistent communication. The maintenance team has been especially impressive they often respond the same day, and one time they even arrived within about 30 minutes of submitting a request. Very fun
We LOVE living here! Just signed our 3rd lease. The management staff is incredibly helpful, they are attentive and understanding. The maintenance is great too. This last freeze our hot water heater went out, as well as our pressure regulator out from by the meter. The maintenance staff worked very hard and quickly to restore our hot water before the snowstorm happened. They replaced it, it blew a breaker, then immediately came out the next morning to fix that problem as well! My wife was very happy she had hot water!
