First of all let me start off by saying that management sucks. Everytime I call to inquire about something it’s like the front desk has an inconvenience and an attitude when answering questions. I called to inquire about a unit that I paid my deposit for, I was told I would get a call so I could get into a unit in August, nope, then I called again and they’re like nope too bad nothing in September. It would appear for as long as the greens on blossom Way has been open that only 20 something odd reviews is a little suspect red flag anyone? Stop deleting your reviews and let people see the honesty that goes on here. I myself and my wife have lived here for almost 3 years. I enjoyed my time at this complex. The apartment was fine and the maintenance staff were helpful. The golf course was a nice amenity. However, when I vacated my apartment, they charged me for heavy cleaning, carpet replacement and paint. This wasn't unexpected as I had lived in the apartment for about 4 years. However, the charges exceeded my security deposit, and I had an outstanding balance. They did not communicate this to me in a phone call, email, or physical mail. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautifully clean area that allows you to come home comparible to a resort! For sure worth consideration. Visiting the complex far exceeds the virtual tour online! It is a place that speaks for itself!
