I enjoyed my time at this complex. The apartment was fine and the maintenance staff were helpful. The golf course was a nice amenity. However, when I vacated my apartment, they charged me for heavy cleaning, carpet replacement and paint. This wasn't unexpected as I had lived in the apartment for about 4 years. However, the charges exceeded my security deposit, and I had an outstanding balance. They did not communicate this to me in a phone call, email, or physical mail. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautifully clean area that allows you to come home comparible to a resort! For sure worth consideration. Visiting the complex far exceeds the virtual tour online! It is a place that speaks for itself!
I haven’t experienced many of the issues mentioned in some of the negative reviews. In my experience, this property has been great. The office staff have always been straightforward and maintain clear, consistent communication. The maintenance team has been especially impressive they often respond the same day, and one time they even arrived within about 30 minutes of submitting a request.
