I had such a great experience living here for the past 3 years! The entire staff has always been so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Monica, the manager, has been especially wonderful and has always gone above and beyond to help whenever I needed anything. The leasing office staff has also been great and very helpful throughout my time here. The maintenance team deserves a shoutout as well! My husband and I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years. We had multiple occasions the property managers did not handle noise complaints from our back neighbors (unit directly behind us in building 2911). Music from a stero was being blasted against our back bedroom wall, during a week night, from the hours of 11pm to 2 am. Individuals at the office instructed us to call the cops if the complaints happened after 10pm, the understood curfew upon signing a property lease.
