Horrible management, will argue with you for no reason. One of the front ladies is so disrespectful and not knowledgeable, she will not fix any of your issues. The app they have is trash. Always crashes, logs you out, and doesn’t accept payment. The overall apartment itself is alright and is modern however the layout of the parking is rough during winter so think it through before moving here.
I lived here from 2020 - 2024 and the decline in quality was incredible. The management is always there to answer your phone call but does nothing about screaming neighbors banging on walls and ceilings or neighbors sitting outside your door and looking into your Ring camera while you're at work. The maintenance teams were prompt and helpful, but the overall quality is overpriced. IMO this property is not worth the price tag.
