1. The roof leaked from multiple places. 2. The black fungus looking growth was found in the bedroom. 3. The trash compactor did not work for weeks, had piles of garbage around it at one point. 4. The security gate did not work for weeks either. At one point it was just kept open. 5. The move out experience turned out to be poor one, after the walk through, still did not receive my deposit back and was charged extra for carpet replacement. 6.
