I am only giving them one star because you have to select that to do a review. This complex is SCAMMING the university students and getting away with it. They will tell you to your face that they will get you an apartment by your required date and if they don't that your application fee is fully refundable. Then, when they do not get you an apartment in time, they keep your money and tell you it was always non-refundable. 3rd apartment complex I've ever lived in. Worked at my previous complex which is the largest complex in my area, which includes the Links/Greens. Easily the worst experience I've had with management simply being inadequate, from maintenance to leasing consultants to top of the food chain, completely different answers and they beat around the bush. I know they're beating around the bush because I was taught that skill as well. And it's the reason I quit the apartment business. They have a shady way of doing "business" and won... read more
