Sierra was so kind to offer to show my mom and me a two bedroom 1 bathroom when I was interested which I kindly accepted it. I look forward to living at the Greens one day.
Lived here for a year. Would not suggest it for any woman living alone. Did not feel safe walking from my car to my apartment at night. Neighbors smoked weed 24-7 and they never did anything about it even though I called several times. They do not upkeep on pest control.
They will find anyway to charge you whatever they want. They ripped up carpet with no proof of why they ripped up the carpet just to charge us extra with no proof of what they were saying. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Let me preface this by saying this is a review of ONLY the golf course, not the corresponding apartment complex. I’ve always heard really good review of this complex and all of its amenities, however I can unfortunately not agree with such reviews. The golf course here is quite literally the in the worst condition I have ever seen. I lived here for 4 years before being able to buy my own place. The staff for the complex were always friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue. It’s definitely a bonus to be able to play some golf on the course too!
