While I can say that the place was a short distance from school and affordable it quickly became filthy. I wouldn’t recommend living here if you can afford it. My complex was close to the front of the entryway of The Greens in their Phase II division. I can only speak of my own experiences. I was a single female renting here and I didn’t feel safe at night. Closest you can get to an unplayable course
NOT worth the money they charge. My daughter moved into Phase II at The Greens two years ago when she started Med school. At the time, it was budget friendly for college students, new, clean, quiet and fairly safe. The staff was okay, not great, which has gotten worse over time. At first our daughter was happy at the Greens. It fit her budget, is close to Auburn campus, etc. However, it didn't take long after Phase II was complete for all that to change. Today was the second time I’ve driven 25 minutes to golf and the second time in a row I’ve haven’t been able to golf because either the course was at max capacity or there was a tournament going on, and there is nothing on the website that lets you know before hand and the course does not do tee times. Do tee times if you are struggling with too many people on the course before I drain my gas tank driving there!
Only for the “GOLF” course. Had a tee time set out showed up and said we would have to wait 4 hrs for a cart. Terrible that they let walk in plays while people with a tee time get denied. Don’t recommend going here.
