I filled out my email address online to get $5 off my purchase but at the counter the assistant wouldn’t honor it, this has happened twice now, I was just wondering why they ask u to give the information and don’t give the discount they promise, with thanks
Great nursery beautifully laid out nice gift shop and coffee shop all the staff are very helpful and friendly 😀
Had a wonderful experience at the Greenery Heidelberg, I purchased 20 hedges recently and unfortunately 5 of them died within a few weeks of planting, I emailed the team and they asked me to come in with soil samples, they told me everything wrong with my soil and how to fix it before giving me 5 new hedges on the house. Absolutely outstanding customer service!
It has a larger variety than the other well known nursery chain
Despite allowing dogs previously, today I was told that I couldn’t dine in with a well behaved pet on a lead. There were no seats outside so I had to leave and won’t be returning until things change.
