Everybody always looks so professional, acts courteous and is quick to help with any questions. I love visiting the garden center when I come visit Hilton Head Island. There is always something different that I can take home with me.
We used the Greenery for 2 separate projects over the past 15 years and we were happy. We used them last year & Wow what a change. They landscaped our backyard with St Augustine grass and wouldn't guarantee it. 1/2 of it died and they wouldn't replace it. They didn't trench the beds, they planted shade bushes in sun and sun bushed in shade. They even took us to court because we were trying to hold them accountable for doing the right thing. Retail good. Maintenance adequate and pricey. Very poor follow up and implementation of landscape planning. Their service has suffered as the company has passed through the family generations, although ultimately most services are performed nearly as promised. I guess it's the fate of many businesses to eventually place profit above service. I still deal with the devil I know, but advise prospective customers to shop around. I suspect there is better service out there.
The Greenery is an awesome landscaping business on HHI. I highly recommend!
