This is the worst place to live in Baltimore it is cheap good location but really sucks ! The elevator was broken for months management sucks and rude and not helpful here is example of their responses about missing packages ! And you get similar responses for everything my heater broke down during cold winter time no one cared. I had to call the state to inspect place to force them to fix it . Just moved in a week ago and I'm in love with my new place. Haneen is the best leasing agent I've ever dealt with. She made the whole process from our initial tour to my lease signing extremely pleasant.
If there was 0 stars, I would have done so ! Absolutely horrible and terrible experience. Ms. Haneen made contact with me on the 20th of June twice via text. I asked her some questions about the three buildings she is in charge of and to create a virtual tour since I am relocating to MD. She agreed and told me she will send me shortly. Then, total radio silence. On the 24th, she states that Sundays and Mondays their office is closed and that she will reach me first thing tomorrow (Tuesday 25th, June).
