We have experienced repeated serious maintenance failures while living here. During winter, we went over a week without heat. We have also gone days without running water. Now, during a heat wave, our AC has been out for multiple days with indoor temperatures reaching 90°F. Despite constant emergency maintenance requests, repeated phone calls, emails, and attempts to contact management, these issues remain unresolved. pros: in house management is great, the building is beautiful, units spacious, location outstanding. cons: property management PMC is a horrible greedy company. there hasn't been a month in the past 4 years without elevator issues. the first year we had theft. I even had a homeless person walking into my apartment nonchalantly. parking is terrible, i am currently paying for parkign at a lot 15 min walk away. the quality of tenants especially the younger generation is terrible. laundry facilites are dirty and limited. people ... read more
I lived at this property for two years, and if you’re looking for a place that charges extra fees without providing proper maintenance, this might be the place for you. I experienced leaking pipes and a sink leak for months, which caused my water bill to climb to almost $200 a month. Lived here almost a year. PMC is probably one of the worst property management companies I've ever interacted with. PROs: The Greenehouse is a beautiful, historic building. The apartments are large. The tenants (that I've interacted with) are nice! CONs: PMC does not keep up the apartments. PMC nickel and dimes tenants. Property Management and Maintenance are unresponsive.
