If I could give no stars I would. This restaurant was very cold the heat was not working. Our waitress Vanessa was very pleasant but she didn't know what she was doing. I noticed she kept going to the bar to ask the bartenderquestions. We finally got our drinks and gave her our food orders that we never received after 55 minutes had passed. Great service at Greene Turtle Navy Yard, but a rough Super Bowl experience. No heat (literally wore my coat inside) and the game audio was way too low to hear. Staff did their best, but the facility needs serious work.
Expect very little and you’ll have a good time. They advertise pitchers but actually don’t have them so don’t even try. You’re also lucky to get a bucket or anything they have on their menu. Also don’t expect good customer service 🥰
Wish I could give 0 stars or negative I ordered delivery and said no ketchup because I’m allergic they still put it , missing cauliflower bites and ranch I paid for , I paid 40$ for 3 small sliders I can’t eat I’m crying and hyper ventilating right now I hate this restaurant so much I wanna actually sue
