The Greene Turtle started in Ocean City as a place where beer was king and the "menu" consisted of a barrel of peanuts. Over time, we've grown an obsession with making good food and a belief that staying true to ourselves is what matters most. We make hearty food using fresh ingredients and highlight the blue crab dishes that are authentic to the Mid-Atlantic. Gather around and try food that's so good that you'll have to share.

I recommend checking out the daily deals, especially Thursdays burger special. Favorite items include the Hawaiian chicken wrap, pork BBQ sandwich and southwestern salad. Service is good more often that not, unless they have a full dining room…then it can be slow. The food seems to come out quickly but many of the young waitresses haven’t learned the skill of multitasking. The quality of the food has definitly improved since the opening of the Turtle's Towson location. I have found lots of tasty sandwiches and wraps on the menu! The service can be very uneven though. Often waitresses seem to forget you are there after they deliver your food and the hostesses often seem to be annoyed that they have to seat you. I would rate the food a 4.5 and the service a 2.75.
