This was by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. $82 meal and the service was slowwww, the food was small portions and cold by the time it came to the table. My daughters chicken wings were completely not brought to the table and then took 10 mins to find the waiter to bring them to the table. Took 30 minutes to get a to go box and the check. Only reason I left a tip is because my boyfriend made me. Waiter could of made an excellent tip off us and instead got a bare minimum tip. I will never, ever, ever ret... read more

Honestly. I really wanted to like this place... it took us at least 7 min to even have a server come to the table.. my bf wanted to get a steak bowl, and the server told us it wasn’t good, and had no flavor.. then we asked about another item and he said the same thing.. I’m glad he was honest with us, but it made the experience bad. Also I asked for no scallions on my meal 3 times. And my food came out with scallions. We weren’t offered any kind of discount for slow service and getting my order wrong. We won’t go back.

I eat and drink at this place on a regular basis. The crab dip is amazing, the wings are delicious with all the sauce choices, the Shell Shocker and the Black Cherry Crush are some of my faves. Nice atmosphere, and a great place to gather with friends. Arthur is our favorite server at the Hampton location, his service is always top notch.
