Derek did an outstanding job helping us sell our home! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process.
strung us along for a long time when we were trying to purchase a house. Then we were told the deal would no longer be able to be completed. So we all pulled out. Next thing you know, the house is back on the market for a lower price, AND low and behold… they are blaming us in the description of the house! (“the previous buyers were unable to proceed due to unfortunate circumstances…”) Nope! Pretty sure it was the selling agent that told us it couldn’t happen.
