I had such an incredible experience at Green Kiss! I went into the store with SO MANY questions, as I am only starting to learn about makeup in my mid-30s. In this day and age, it is a rarity (in my opinion) to experience exemplary customer service in Victoria. Whenever I visit The Green Kiss, I am greeted with sincerity, courtesy, patience, respect, and a willingness to be of service. The staff are genuinely helpful, yet not overly solicitous. I feel seen, heard, and welcome. It is such a pleasure to walk into The Green Kiss knowing that each product has been thoughtfully curated with safe, clean ingredients. I've been a Green Kiss customer for 10 years and they have never let me down! I usually order local delivery since the store is a little out of my way, and the products are always lovingly packaged and promptly delivered. Recently visited the shop in-person get a colour match on some new products and Megan and the rest of the staff there were incredibly helpful and welcoming!
