Excellent salad!!!!great place to eat anytime!!!!!
Shreveport. Luckily haven't had any of the bad experiences others mentioned. I will say that some (not all or even a majority) of the staff should work on some things (i.e. phones ALWAYS on the counter at POS, I thought one of them was mine...). Really want to see this place do well. I'm glad it's here!

My first visit was great. Second was awful. They found the avocado slicer in the trash can. One guy went and rinsed it for maybe 5 seconds and returned with avocado still on it and tried to use it. I said "um no that's dirty" do you have a knife you can slice the avocado?? Then the guy just scooped and squeezed the avocado onto my salad. The guy who waited on me had a huge dip in his mouth. The salad was good but the to go bowl which I had was way smaller than the dine in bowl. A little disappointed about that. Good selection and it's a great idea but not all that impressed especially with the guy and the wad in his mouth. That's gross.
Built my own salad. It was gud, nuff said. Check it out
I just visited the new Shreveport location and had a great meal and good service. I definitely will be back to support this local Louisiana business!
