The Green Dragon has wonderful decor, a friendly atmosphere, and has very tasty, fresh dishes. It is a 5-Star place, minus one thing. My wife got a delicious entree for less than $10. I had some of it, too. I got the soup, though, and for $9.95, the soup was good, but way overpriced. When we travel through, we will definitely return, but just don’t get the soup.
We were traveling from Chattanooga to Nashville for a concert and I googled food in Murfreesboro. So glad I found this place! I had the apple brie sandwich and my partner had the turkey reuben. We were both amazed at the deliciousness of the food, and the Tolkein atmosphere was right up my alley! It was a busy night (Saturday), but the service was excellent. We will definitely return!
We love the place. They have a nice selection of craft beers, both draft and bottled, most from brewers in the area. Their food is a nice mix of pub fare, often with a unique twist or ingredient. They also have musicians playing bluegrass, Irish, and other interesting genres of music. A very nice place to have a beer and good food.
I am so happy we stopped in tonight!!! This place is amazing! Great atmosphere, great service, great food, great drinks!!! I can’t wait to come back again!!! Love the decor too!!! Thanks for a wonderful evening!
