I went with my sister to try on wedding dresses. Dee completely brought down the entire wedding dress experience. It was like being sat down and scolded at your grandmas house. There was one dress I tried on that I knew right away I didn’t like but instead of letting me take it off, she insisted I stand in front of the mirror while she lectured me on how that material and design is superior. The only thing that saved us was that she allowed us to bring alcohol (make sure to bring your own cups).
Had a wonderful experience here while helping my best friend find her dream wedding dress! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. Great selection of dresses as well! Highly recommend.
Had such a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress here! The process was so fun and individualized. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. I found the perfect dress and was so grateful that I started my dress shopping process here!!
If I could rate this place as a ZERO I would have. My experience there was not the best at all. First, Holly seemed very annoyed while we were there. Very little interaction. Then when she realized that we were going to purchase something she was happier to help us. I bought a veil for my daughter, which was $250. Secondly, They told us that it would be in for pickup in 1-2 months. 3 months later I had to call multiple times and kept getting the run around. They didn't have my name or purchase order(date).
