If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would. You might get nice flooring and new appliances but let me tell you what you will also get....You will get to hear other people stomping, kids screaming and running around in their apartment because the walls are paper thin or lack of installation. You will also get some of the most piss poor management and workers that are employed at the complex.
