History Established in 1900. Muskogee, Oklahoma was born out of the rugged determination of the Old West, where the Missouri-Kansas and the Texas Railroads spurred exploration into new frontiers, bringing to life the area known as the Three Forks region. It became the hub of settlement and development in what came to be known as Indian Territory.

Expected a small town with few things we expect out of a much larger town. But we were surprised by the vast selections of stores, restaurants and attractions. We came up from Texas for some great racing. Be able to run into town from HatBox in just minutes made it great for last minute shopping. The whole town was welcoming to us and we received great service all around. The water park was also a blast. We plan on coming back for more racing and waterpark fun.
Love Muskogee was raised there graduated from Central High 1957. After serving in Navy sserved 11 years on Muskogee Police Dept. Sur miss my old home town.
