RecommendedI am here at Great Wall it as gotten a lot better since I’ve been coming. I’ve been coming here for the past three years and these past few months it’s gotten a lot better it’s very clean and the food is amazing better then it’s ever been.i have also had the chance to meet the new owners they are so nice and the customer service is great.
Placed our order, the staff member read our order back to us. Order showed up missing our fried rice. When we called, the lady barely let us get a word in, and said we didn’t order friend rice. Then the guy that took our order got on the phone and said he didn’t hear the fried rice. Ummmm, you read our order back to us, including the fried rice. Super annoying when employees talk over top of you telling you you’re wrong, when the order was repeated back to us correctly. Do not recommend at all!
Food used to be better. Not worth the 30 bucks i spent. Shape up great wall.. Or you'll discover why so many restaurants fail in Danville.
They forgot the shrimp in my SHRIMP fried rice and now I’m mad hungry! Never again.
Went in to get my favorite, boneless bbq ribs and cheese wontons. The guy who took my order, handled the money, turned around and picked up the wontons with his bare hands!!!!!!! I told him I didn't want those, he needs to put gloves on to handle the food, you know better.....he just giggled!!!! I said I work in food service don't giggle at me give me new wontons. He did. I couldn't talk to a manager cause there was nobody here in charge, but you come back at 4:00, she be here. Uummmm NO!!!
I've been eating here since I was a kid. Love Great Wall.
