Nice Italian, reasonable price I went to a business dinner at Great Impasta and was very impressed with the food. They had a good selection of traditional Italian foods and a comparable wine list. My only complaint is overwhelming amount of meat on the menu - more difficult selection as a vegetarian.
Terrific Downtown Italian – Great Impasta is located in the middle of downtown Champaign and is one of the few restaurants there with its own parking lot. The interior decor is upscale with featured artists on the walls and nice touches like the wonderful curved bar and a painted ceiling fresco while still being comfortable. The chicken marsala is the absolute best.
