What a dream come true! I've been dreaming of visiting this store since my UK friends introduced me to it as it's just amazing and more as they described. The energy is so amazing for the amount of space that is here and being able to feel the items on your skin, really takes the online experience more personal. The customer service were absolutely friendly as can be from walking to to final purchase, got to ask questions and it was so wonderful! Weirdest and most hostile customer service experience I've ever had. Shopkeep opened the door in silence and gave us a once over, we said hello and didn't receive a response? Told myself that's fine, maybe they were having a bad day and aren't great with regulation? The once over?
