We are so in love with our latest picture that we've had framed! The color blend is so smooth and the frame is a natural fit to our home. Time to be thinking about another one for the office!!
Lack of follow up and customer care. The frame sample was not representative of the frame in full. Angela, should have been knowledgeable about the end result of the piecing together of the frame and shared either at the time of the decision or when she received the frame. 4 attempts to contact and discuss my disappointment after spending $650+ on this piece. Would have given another chance if there would have been any attempt at customer care.
Highly recommend! Purchased several pieces of artwork, had them matted, custom framed, as well as stretched canvas and I could not be more pleased. Angela took great care to understand the space where the artwork was going (lighting, space, etc.) The artwork is now hung and has transformed the space. It was wonderful experience working with her!
