I have been shopping there almost 5 yrs. About a year ago, I had trouble with a new vape and I let the owner say it was my fault, but this time.... I am done. I had my vape less than 24 hrs.... brought receipt and had box.... he still wouldn’t compensate or even acknowledge that the vape was faulty. I have spent 1000s with him but I will take my money elsewhere now! Do not waste or time shopping here

This is usually my go to place. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there and I will not be back after today. I have bought a smok badge and a suorin and within a month they have both quit working. I have taken them back up there in the original boxes and they wouldn’t replace or warranty them. Pretty frustrating when I have spent so much money there. �
