DO NOT APPLY HERE. The Grayson at Baybrook uses predatory tactics to steal money from applicants before they even sign a lease. I was shown a beautifully renovated model unit and wanted to apply. However, management forced me to pay a $1,000 "fully refundable" fee (I cannot stress enough how many times I double checked that it was fully refundable, and was told yes) just to keep my application from being canceled before I could even see the actual apartment available. Update 8/19/2026 and we begin year 4 without me being able to access the pool when the pool should be accessible. Due to filth or algae fungi whatever it is it’s just disgusting. This is sooooo disheartening. It’s our major amenity. Update 4/11/26 Let me tell you guys. Julia and her team are the best that has been here in my 8 1/2 years of living here.
