My experience with this apartment community was extremely disappointing, particularly during the move-out process. When I moved in, everything was handled conveniently through emails and e-signatures. However, when I gave my move-out notice via email, they refused to accept it and insisted on a hard copy delivered in person. Staff is very friendly
This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve had, and it ultimately escalated into a formal dispute. Nothing wrong with property but with less knowledgeable Asst Manager Maribel. Dealing with the assistant manager, Maribel, was particularly difficult. Communication was dismissive and unproductive, and our concerns were not handled in a professional or consistent manner.
