Worst apartment complex ever! Dog shit everywhere! Mud everywhere! Dog park is terrible and a lawsuit waiting to happen. These people don’t call or email just send out fines without any type of investigation or explanation. Gates never work, maintenance is a joke. 0 Parking spaces since there’s tons of broken down or abandoned cars. Don’t get packages here or they’ll get stolen or sent back with no notice either. The package system is ridiculous. They left it in the mailroom and my lulu lemon got stolen and all management did was say “oh yeah it probably was taken” like why would the policy be to just leave the packages out for anyone to steal it. Was never told both people had to be in the system for the lockers. We thought it was just the apartment as a whole. Ridiculous. Nobody did anything. And they still leave packages out even if you are registered for the lockers. They have done it multiple times. Living here has been great be... read more
Antonio and Mauro did incredible job installing a new washer and dryer in my apartment even though it was not an easy task. They went above and beyond to make sure that the old appliances were properly removed and the new washer and dryer were properly attached. Thank you so much!
Just moved in. But everything works great
I recently moved into this community and couldn’t be happier! From day one, the manager has been absolutely awesome—welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The move-in process was smooth, and the level of care and professionalism really stood out.
