I been living here at the Grayson apartments and all i have to say is really good service, very clean and have really great staff. They’re very helpful and amazing. I would highly recommend the Grayson apartments .

My husband and I had an incredible experience touring The Grayson at Baybrook! Julie, the property manager, and Leticia were very welcoming; it felt like home! Leticia took her time showing us a beautiful two-bedroom unit as and the many great amenities available at this property. We look forward to becoming residents of this community! We’ve been living here for 4 years because we really like the community. We recently requested a transfer to be more comfortable, and the office staff made the process easy. Maintenance has also been very helpful and responsive. Overall, a great experience.
