I recently toured The Grayson on 4th and had a great experience. Tennille was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The community is beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities really stood out. Can’t wait to move in.
It’s hilarious to see all these spam 5 star reviews. Don’t believe the hype! Maintenance has always been great this isn’t something that’s new, that’s because they are NOT cushwake OR greystar employees. They are third party and obviously are just doing their job. Since cushwake came in June/July of 2025 the property has gotten worse. This comes from no reinforcement or accountability, no clean ups done from greystars poor management on tenant safety, and lastly no communication. I really enjoyed touring this property. Tennille (not sure if that’s the correct spelling) did an outstanding job showing us around. She took her time answering all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions! The rooftop lounge and the golf simulator is next level. Looking forward to speaking with her soon.
