I’ve lived here for 1 month and it absolutely sucks loud noises parties and gatherings at the pool the number of bugs is ridiculous trash in the hallway I had seen dog poop in the hallway and told the leasing agent when I went to ask for my lease which I didn’t receive until 30 days later that she had seen it too…. My key only works for my unit and not the other doors. I have to walk around the entire building to find an open door. I was almost locked out one night and I would have if a kind person didn’t let me in. I have mentioned this to them 4 times in which they replied that they are still switching systems but I have been here for 3 weeks now. Being in hospitality myself, I understand the challenges property managers and management companies face. After reading some of the recent reviews, it’s clear that certain residents are placing blame on new management for circumstances beyond their control. Just leased my new apartment with Miller! She was so sweet and knowledgeable and made the application process so easy from start to finish. Can't wait to move-in!
TL;DR: Lived at Grayson Apartments for a year. Constant safety issues, poor communication, broken facilities, pests, and rude management. The pool and common areas attract loud non-residents. Do yourself a favor and find a better place in Fort Worth. Also, read carefully of the 5-star reviews. These are from people that are just moving in. Grayson apartment provides incentives (their points which has monetary reward) in their app when you leave good reviews.
