RecommendedI've been living here at The Granite apartments for three years. Have nothing but a good experience here. The office staff has always been superb and the maintenance crew has always been on the money.
I think 🤔 the staff is the best. Had a great experience at the Winter ❄️ Party. What a great time to enjoy the holidays meet new people and have a lot of fun it was great and it seems to me that everybody just put in extra effort and it’s not just a job from the ladies in the office the maintenance people I really enjoy 😊 living here and I would highly recommend it as a great place for single people married people people with children it’s a nice community

Don't waste your money. We were only there for a year and had every problem under the sun. We were supposed to have a washer dryer in our unit and it took them another week to put it in, and then our dryer never worked. Fleas from the carpets that they didn't clean when we moved in that were a constant battle the entire year. Things were constantly breaking and maintenance requests were a joke. When we moved out we were charged for damage that was present when we moved in and for normal wear and tear. They're con artists who... read more

Moved in about 2 weeks ago, and it's really great. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and nice, and our apartment is fantastic. Glad we chose The Granite.
I’ve recently locked my keys in my car, I flagged down one of the maintenance staff here who was willing to go out of his way to help me retrieve my locked keys. The staff here go above and beyond to help out their residents!
My husband and I moved in this past April 2017 site unseen from Maryland. Everyone here is absolutely amazing. Office staff is the best I have ever seen. They take all concerns seriously. Everyone knows you by name, even our little dog. Best part is we have made some amazing friends here at The Granite in the short period of time we have been here. Property is landscaped beautiful, pool is relaxing and we feel very safe. Right off a main road 5 mins to 95. I would recommend The Granite to anyone.

Just moved in and loving this place! The front office staff has been amazing to me and I can't believe how easy my move in was! My favorite part is all the trees in the community,feels like I am at a resort. I work a lot so coming home and feeling safe & relaxed are important to me! I would recommend to everyone!!! Can't wait to hit the pool and read my book this weekend, I love my new community.
