The Grande Condo in DT Orlando The Grande is a very nice condominium located in downtown Orlando, few blocks from Lake Eola, walking distance to many nice restaurantes and just across Dr Phillips Center for the Arts. Good maintenance, beautiful pool area, on site management, safe and secured by gates and nightly manned security. Condos are very pretty with washer and dryer inside, most of them has balconies and the best is parking in same floor as the unit. Am a happy renter for last 2 years.
