We had a party for 80 people. The venue was very accommodating and Melanie made it so easy to book, get in building and getting deposit back! I will recommend the Grand V for party use to anyone searching. They have rooms for different party accommodations for amounts of people.
Melanie was so great to work with! I reserved the venue for my wedding reception over a year in advance, but she remained in contact with me the whole time. She answered every question I had, brainstormed with me on table cloth colors and what would best match my decor-- and even remembered my final choice better than I did, and emailed to double check before ordering because I wrote down the wrong color! I celebrated my daughter's bridal shower at The Grand LV in the lower level and loved it. Melanie was very easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Instructions were clear the day of the party and everything went smoothly. The venue had tons of room and plenty of tables and chairs that were in great condition. Having a full kitchen was also convient for all the last minute preparations. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Melanie if you have an event you would like to host.
Very unprofessional place. Don't expect a call back from the owner as she never answers the phone and when she does she acts like it is such an inconvenience to her. She was nothing but rude while I was in communication with her and displayed a level of unprofessionalism that I didn't think possible for such a small business. If your thinking of booking this place don't save your money and go somewhere that treats their customers with respect.
