Beautiful setting and very accommodating thank you!
Melanie was kind and helpful from the beginning.Showing up for the fist appointment on time Melanie texed me @ emailed great communication.My Daughter"s Baby Shower was perfect .Plenty of space .Melanie confirmed the tables and chairs needed day before. The bathroom very clean, Air conditioner very efficient. The Grand LV had also Plenty of lighting.Access in and out was easy on everyone. We rented out the lower level of the building for our wedding reception, & while the building itself is absolutely beautiful, I would not recommend The Grand LV to anyone unless you’re renting out the entire space. Melanie, the owner, was hard to get ahold of throughout our entire planning process, and just overall incredibly un-helpful, ESPECIALLY, considering you’re planning a hopefully, ONCE IN YOUR LIFE EVENT. Go elsewhere
We had a party for 80 people. The venue was very accommodating and Melanie made it so easy to book, get in building and getting deposit back! I will recommend the Grand V for party use to anyone searching. They have rooms for different party accommodations for amounts of people.
Melanie was so great to work with! I reserved the venue for my wedding reception over a year in advance, but she remained in contact with me the whole time. She answered every question I had, brainstormed with me on table cloth colors and what would best match my decor-- and even remembered my final choice better than I did, and emailed to double check before ordering because I wrote down the wrong color!
